The Learning Community evolved from the idea of professional learning communities in schools.  These learning communities were comprised of diverse members regularly working together toward shared goals of improving teaching skills and student performance.  As a community of lifelong learners, we recognize the benefits of learning from each other and the strength of working together. We have created a Learning Community that is a safe space to teach, touch and thrive—cultivating, sustaining and growing possibilities for all our community members.
